• We understand that plans can change — that’s why we offer a Flexible Cancellation Policy to give you peace of mind when booking.

 

Full Refund

• Cancel up to 24 hours before check-in, and you’ll receive a 100% refund of the nightly rate, cleaning fee, and taxes.

• Example: If your check-in is on Friday at 3:00 PM, cancel by Thursday at 3:00 PM to get a full refund.

 

Late Cancellation (Less Than 24 Hours)

• If you cancel within 24 hours of check-in, the first night is non-refundable, but you’ll receive a full refund for the remaining nights.

 

Early Check-Out

• If you decide to check out early, we’ll refund the remaining nights in full as long as you let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
